Stacey Fleece
EMCEE
Stacey C. Fleece, CFA, is a Regional Manager with Pinnacle Home Loans. Stacey
proudly has 20 years’ experience in residential finance with expertise in territory
management, business development, strategic planning, and business mentoring.

Prior to her tenure in lending, Stacey was also a recognized leader in the investment industry where she worked at several Bay Area based hedge funds in both trading and research, ultimately opening her own fund as General Partner. She is co-founder of the women’s networking group, SKIRT, co-authored SKIRTWorking, How To Network Using SKIRT, and is an expert on coaching professionals on building their business through relationship networking.
Stacey earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. In addition to her work as a board member at Sparkle Foundation, she is a 25+ year member and past president of The Junior League of San Francisco, former board member for the San Francisco Symphony League, and has served as chair for various non-profit fundraisers throughout the Bay Area.
Tama Smith

As head of Women Living a Richer Life (WLRL) at Brighton Jones, Tama Smith is on a mission to make the firm the No. 1 financial advisory destination for women in the U.S. WLRL is a national client community and part of the newly launched Women’s Wealth service offering that cultivates financial confidence, fosters meaningful connections, and amplifies women’s collective impact.

Through this pioneering initiative,Tama is helping shape how Brighton Jones—Washington State’s largest wealth management firm—serves and empowers women at every stage of their financial journey.
Before joining Brighton Jones, Tama founded Saventure, a strategic advisory firm in Seattle. She was also the CEO of The Tyra Banks Company, a global media company based in New York City.
Tama earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, studied international finance and multinational management at the London Business School, and received an undergraduate degree in business from the University of California, Berkeley.
She currently serves on the corporate advisory board of Syndio and non-profit board of directors for the Auction of Washington Wines benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital. Previously, she was on the corporate advisory board of Stylyze which was acquired by Neiman Marcus.

For over 20 years, I’ve guided individuals through spiritual care, healing, and personal transformation—helping them reconnect with themselves and build lives rooted in purpose and alignment. But my journey has shown me that success isn’t about doing more—it’s about learning to rest.

I know firsthand what it means to push through exhaustion, overwork, and constantly pour into others without refilling my own cup. As a CEO, entrepreneur, and community leader, I’ve built, led, and pivoted businesses—including owning a coworking space that I had to close during the pandemic.
I’ve navigated domestic violence, divorce, single motherhood, and major business transitions—and for years, I thought the only way to keep going was to grind harder and sacrifice more. But burnout nearly took everything from me.
Then, I decided to intentionally rest.
And in that pause, I received clarity.
Clarity on who I was beyond what I produced.
Clarity that rest isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a strategy for success.
Clarity that the more I slowed down, the more aligned and impactful my work became.
That’s when I realized: Rest isn’t a retreat. It’s the foundation for real, lasting impact.
But let’s be real—as women, we’ve been taught to put ourselves last.
We nurture, we lead, we give. And somewhere between showing up for everyone else, we forget to show up for ourselves.
We tell ourselves we’ll rest when the work is done. But the work is never done.

The Sparkle Foundation’s mission is to make sure women and children have a Sparkle in their eyes. We help women because women rarely ask for help. We help children because they are many times victims of circumstances. We do this alongside our communities, and we make magical things happen.
Every dollar, every donation, and every hour of heart and soul poured into Sparkle is amplified by our mission and sent directly to the families we support. We are different in this way as 100% of donations go to the women and children we personally select. We make a difference. We create opportunities. We give hope and demonstrate what’s possible when women work together. We mentor. We advise. We give. And when we think we have nothing left, we provide more, and we do so with a deep sense of purpose, responsibility, humility, impact, and commitment to the women we serve.
